Sentinel uses AI-powered data collection that reads public Amazon product listing pages — the same data any shopper can see. We do not violate any terms of service. Prices, rankings, and availability are collected on a scheduled basis and stored securely in your account.
Prices are checked multiple times per day. Starter accounts get up to 2 checks daily. Growth and Pro accounts get up to 6 checks, including an overnight check between midnight and 6am to catch changes before your morning report arrives.
Yes! Sentinel now supports Shopify store price monitoring alongside Amazon. Our Shopify plan tracks up to unlimited competitor stores, sends daily reports, and delivers instant alerts when competitor prices move. You can also subscribe to the Amazon + Shopify combined plan for cross-platform intelligence in one unified report.
On Growth and Pro plans, Sentinel runs a dedicated overnight check between midnight and 4am. If a price change exceeds your threshold (default: 10%), an instant alert fires via email and Slack — before your morning report. You'll wake up knowing exactly what happened, with a Gordon AI repricing recommendation already in your inbox.
Yes — Pro plan includes Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.ca, and Amazon.com.au. Growth plan covers amazon.com only. International currency conversion and cross-marketplace dashboards are included on Pro.
